The shopping center features entertainment venues, specialty retailers and fashion outlets, such as Juicy Couture, MAC Cosmetics, AIX Armani Exchange, Michael Kors and BCBG Max Azria.
With 13 million visitors a year, and nearly $600 million in gross annual sales, Vaughan Mills offers more than 1.2 million square feet of retail space. The property includes 20 anchor retail properties, such as Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World, H&M, Urban Planet, Home Outfitters and Toys "R" Us.
Vaughan Mills caters to an upscale crowd, reporting that 54 percent of its shoppers fall within the upper and elite income categories, with 72 percent having completed college or university. The average customer stays over 90 minutes at the shopping center, spending an average of $115 per visit.
Two entertainment venues attract large crowds to Vaughan Mills, including the Legoland Discovery Centre and Lucky Strike Lanes. The Legoland Discovery Centre is a 40,000 square foot family entertainment space with several attractions, such as a Lego factory tour, Lego Master Builder Academy, Lego 4D Cinema and Kingdom Quest Laser Ride. The upscale bowling alley, Lucky Strike Lanes, is a 25,000 square foot venue with 22 bowling lanes, a billiards area, a 50-foot full-service bar and a private suite.
