Grand Lux is known for a menu of casual-dining, globally inspired dishes, such as chicken jambalaya, Indochine shrimp and chicken, and pasta with garlic shrimp and heirloom cherry tomatoes, as of 2015. This restaurant chain is run by the owners of The Cheesecake Factory and includes eight cheesecakes from The Cheesecake Factory on its dessert menu. Customers can purchase cheesecakes by the slice or as whole cheesecakes to take home.
