Pour in 1 cup of balsamic vinegar, bring to boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes. Mix in 2 teaspoons sugar, 1/4 cup beef flavored broth, 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 tablespoon sweet rice wine. Heat on low for five minutes and serve over cooked meat.
