To make a simple red snapper recipe from Paula Deen, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Chop one green pepper, and place it in a baking dish. Add 1 cup of chopped onions.
Season four red snapper fish fillets with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoons of pepper. Place the fish on the vegetables in the baking dish, and dot the top of the fish with 1 stick of butter, divided. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce over the fish. Bake for 12 minutes.
