For a simple recipe that uses red snapper, combine 1/2 cup of dry bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon of lemon pepper seasoning and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Stir until well blended, and dredge four red snapper fillets in the mixture, turning to coat. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the coated red snapper, and cook for five minutes on each side or until the fish is cooked and flakes easily.
To make a simple red snapper recipe from Paula Deen, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Chop one green pepper, and place it in a baking dish. Add 1 cup of chopped onions.
Season four red snapper fish fillets with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoons of pepper. Place the fish on the vegetables in the baking dish, and dot the top of the fish with 1 stick of butter, divided. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce over the fish. Bake for 12 minutes.
Baste the fish with the juices from the pan, and sprinkle 1 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the fish. Place the fish under a broiler for two minutes or until the cheese is lightly browned. Serve the fish with the vegetables on top.
