The garlic bread recipe requires one 12-ounce loaf of French bread cut into 1-inch slices, 4 tablespoons of butter, 2 teaspoons of dried parsley and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder. Spread the butter over both sides of each bread slice, and season them with parsley and garlic powder. Place the bread slices on a preheated grill pan, cook until one side is golden, flip them over and continue cooking until both sides are golden. This recipe takes a total of 15 minutes and yields six servings.
To make the coconut bonbons, combine 1 cup of heavy cream and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla in a microwave-safe bowl, and heat it for 1 1/2 minutes. In a pie plate or shallow dish, combine 1 package of sweetened shredded coconut and 1 cup of salted ground cashews. Spear 18 large marshmallows one at a time and swirl them in the cream mixture for 15 seconds, and immediately roll them in the coconut mixture.
