Some easy Cool Whip dessert recipes are Kraft's Southern Banana Pudding and Peanut Butter and Chocolate Eclair Dessert. Both recipes use readily available pre-made ingredients and have easy instructions.
Kraft's Southern Banana Pudding recipe starts with whisking together 3 cups cold milk and two packages instant vanilla pudding. Place 15 vanilla wafers on the bottom and up the sides of a serving bowl. Top the cookies with half the pudding and 1 1/2 sliced bananas. Repeat each layer, starting with the cookies and top with one package Cool Whip. Refrigerate for three hours before serving.
To make Kraft's Peanut Butter and Chocolate Éclair Dessert, whisk together 1 3/4 cups cold milk and one package instant vanilla pudding mix. Add 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter and one package Cool Whip to the pudding. Place eight graham crackers in the bottom of a 13-by-9-inch pan and top with half of the pudding mixture. Repeat the layers and finish by topping with eight more graham crackers. Melt 1 1/2 4-ounce packages of semi-sweet chocolate and 3 tablespoons butter and spread over the graham crackers.
To serve the dessert, dip a sharp knife in hot water after making each cut. For a chocolate éclair dessert, omit the peanut butter and combine the rest of the ingredients.
