Start the meatballs by adding four lightly beaten eggs, 2 cups of dry bread crumbs, 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 cup of finely chopped onion in a bowl. Season with 1 tablespoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper. Crumble 4 pounds of lean ground beef over the mixture, and mix everything well. Roll the meat mixture into balls 1 inch in diameter. Bake the meatballs for 10 to 15 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Allow the meatballs to cool before placing them in a freezer container. They can be reheated at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for later use.
Another recipe calls for a mixture made from one egg, 1/4 cup of milk, 1/3 cup of dry breadcrumbs and one medium chopped onion seasoned with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/8 teaspoon of pepper. Add 1 pound of lean ground beef, and mix with your fingers. Shape the meat mixture into balls, and bake the mixture uncovered at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
