To make Allrecipe's dill sauce, combine 1/2 cup sour cream with 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon-style prepared mustard and 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill. Whisk the ingredients together until well blended, and then chill the dill sauce prior to serving. The recipe yields 12 tablespoons of sauce.
Prepare Epicurious��� dill sauce by mixing together 2/3 cup each mayonnaise and sour cream, 2 tablespoons each finely chopped green onion and finely chopped parsley, and 1 teaspoon finely chopped dill. Substitute 1 teaspoon dried dill for the fresh dill if desired. Salt and pepper the sauce to taste.
To make Taste of Home���s dill sauce, combine 1/3 cup each sour cream and mayonnaise with 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion and 1 teaspoon each lemon juice and prepared horseradish.
