Sprinkle half the ginger snaps on top of the yogurt. Pour another 12 ounces of yogurt on top of the crumbles, and sprinkle with the rest of the ginger snaps. Drip 2 tablespoons of honey over the top of each yogurt parfait.
To cook four servings of a simple sweet pea lasagna that children can make, heat an oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Thaw a 10-ounce package of frozen peas in a large colander under cold water and drain. Pour the peas into a medium bowl and add 16 ounces of ricotta cheese, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. Spread 8 ounces of marinara sauce over the bottom of an 8-inch square baking dish. Layer 9 ounces of no-boil lasagna noodles on top.
Distribute half of the cheese mixture over the noodles and cover with two sheets of lasagna noodles. Top with the remaining cheese mixture. Cover with two layers of noodles and another 8 ounces of marinara sauce. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the noodles. Cover with a loose sheet of aluminum foil and bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
