  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 6-oz. skinless bone-in chicken breasts
  • Salt and fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 cup. chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 shot. bourbon
  • 4 sprigs thyme
