For easy grilled pork chops, marinate the pork chops in Italian dressing for at least four hours, and grill the pork chops, basting them with butter as they cook. Frozen pork chops can be placed in a plastic sealable bag or bowl containing marinade and left in the refrigerator overnight.
Another option for grilled pork chops is to make a homemade marinade by whisking together 1/4 cup honey, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon cumin and 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes. Season the pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper, and put them in a plastic bag with the marinade for one hour. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat, and cook the pork chops for about four minutes on each side or until the pork chop releases from the grill.
Stuffing pork chops is another easy way to add flavor to the meat. Mix 2 ounces of Gouda cheese, 4 slices cooked and crumbled bacon, 1/4 cup fresh parsley and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Cut a pocket into the pork chop that reaches the bone but does not cut the sides. Stuff the pocket with the cheese mixture, and hold the opening closed with a toothpick. Brush both sides of the chop with olive oil, and grill the meat for about five to eight minutes on each side.
