Some Ronzoni pasta recipes include Herbed Seafood Linguine and Spicy Shrimp Scampi. All recipes can be made with boxes of Ronzoni pasta and other fresh and canned ingredients.
For the Herbed Seafood Linguine recipe, gather a 10.5-ounce can of red clam sauce, 1/4-pound flounder filets cut into bite-sized pieces, 3 ounces of crab meat, about 10 peeled shrimp and 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese. Also gather 1/3 cup chopped onion, 1/4 cup chopped green pepper, 1 clove minced garlic and dried basil and oregano leaves for taste. Start cooking the recipe by boiling 16 ounces of Ronzoni Linguine. Combine the rest of the ingredients, except for the Parmesan, in a saucepan, and heat until boiling. The flounder should flake easily and the shrimp should turn pink. Pour the sauce over the pasta, and add as much cheese as desired.
Gather 2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 3/4 pound peeled shrimp, 2 tablespoons fresh parsley and 16 ounces of Ronzoni Roasted Garlic Angel Hair pasta to make Spicy Shrimp Scampi. Prepare the pasta, and drain. Heat a skillet, and melt the butter and oil on it before adding the shrimp and parsley. Combine with the pasta, and add salt and crushed dried red pepper to taste.
