One way to roast turkey wings is to brush the wings with a flavorful marinade and arrange them on a greased roasting pan. Bake the wings for about one hour at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. The wings should have an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit when they're done.
You can make any type of marinade or glaze for the roasted turkey wings. To roast honey-glazed turkey wings, create a marinade of 3 cups honey, 1/2 cup chopped cilantro, 1 tablespoon cumin, 2 teaspoons salt and 2 teaspoons lemon zest. Pour half of the sauce in a sealable plastic bag with eight turkey wings, and reserve the other half in the refrigerator. Shake to coat all the wings, and place in the refrigerator to marinate overnight.
Arrange the wings on the roasting pan, and place in the oven. Baste the wings with the reserved marinade every 15 to 20 minutes until they're done.
For a sticky teriyaki marinade, combine 1/2 cup honey, 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce, 2 cloves minced garlic and 2 teaspoons of Sriracha sauce. To make a maple-bourbon glaze for the turkey wings, mix 1/2 cup bourbon, 1/2 cup honey and 1 teaspoon each of olive oil, apple cider vinegar, mustard, soy sauce and garlic. Brush the mixture over the turkey wings every 15 to 30 minutes.
