As of July 2015, Rite Aid features several surveys on its company website at RiteAid.com that customers can access and answer. These surveys are available on the Customer Care page of the website, under the Surveys heading.
Rite Aid offers two surveys for customers, one regarding a store experience and one regarding a pharmacy experience. Both surveys automatically enter customers in a drawing where they can win up to $1,000. Customers are required to have a 16-digit code, printed on their Rite Aid receipt, in order to take either survey. For complaints and unpleasant store experiences, customers can call Rite Aid directly to speak with a representative.
