Which Restaurants Offer a High Protein Diet Menu?

Restaurants that offer high protein diet menus are Cracker Barrel, Boston Market, Chili's, Denny's, Red Lobster and Ruby Tuesday. All of these restaurants have their nutritional information posted either on their websites or menus for easy reference.

Cracker Barrel offers many high protein diet options and even has a section of the menu devoted to low-carbohydrate foods. This menu has bunless burgers, salads without croutons or sugary additions, and zero net carbohydrate dishes such as catfish and steak.

Boston Market provides a listing of total carbohydrates and grams of protein in the food on its menu. The rotisserie chicken and roasted turkey are high-protein, but adding gravy can add about 8 grams of carbohydrates.

Chili's sells an appetizer of wings with blue cheese that is listed as having only 4 grams of carbohydrates. They also offer a house salad with no dressing, a sirloin steak or a side of smoked bacon, which are all high protein options.

The Denny's Restaurant menu contains scrambled eggs, ham and cheese omelettes and the All-American Slam breakfast. Steaks and grilled chicken are other good low carbohydrate options.

Red Lobster is another restaurant chain with a high protein menu called the Lighthouse Menu. Their options include lobster, salmon, tilapia, rainbow trout and shrimp cocktail.

Ruby Tuesday's menu has sides that are only 3 grams of carbohydrates per serving, such as asparagus or green beans. It also has steak options and seafood items that are high in protein, with low or no carbohydrates.
