The ham and cheese quiche sounds difficult, but with just a couple of cup fulls of leftover ham, cheese and pre-made pie crusts, this recipe can be ready to go into the oven in as little as 20 minutes. The type of pie crust does not matter and cooks can use the brand of their choice.
The loaded baked potato casserole is very simple as well, using frozen potato wedges and 2 cups of ham, along with a few other ingredients. The type of potatoes wedges used is up to the cook and can include traditional wedges or add some spice to the recipe with Southwestern seasoned wedges.
The original recipe for the cabonara calls for pancetta instead of ham, but Rachael Ray advises that ham can easily be substituted in this recipe.
