An easy jello recipie using cream cheese combines two packages of cherry gelatin with two cups boiling water, stirring in one 15-ounce can of drained blueberries. Pour in an 11-inch by 7-inch pan, and chill to set. In a large bowl, beat an 8-ounce package of cream cheese and a 1/2 cup of sugar until smooth. Add in 1 cup of sour cream and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, spread over gelatin, and sprinkle with 1/4 cup of pecans.
For Orange Dream Layered Squares, combine 1 cup of crushed graham cracker crumbs and 2 tablespoons of melted butter; press onto bottom of an 8-inch square pan, and place in refrigerator until ready to use. Microwave 1/2 cup of orange juice in microwaveable measuring cup for one minute on high. Add to 1 box of orange-flavored gelatin mix in small bowl, stirring until dissolved completely. Gradually add the mixture to 4 ounces of cream cheese in a medium bowl, beating until blended. Whisk in 4 ounces of whipped topping, and spread over graham cracker crust. Freeze while preparing the next layer.
Beat 4 ounces of cream cheese and 1/2 cup of milk in medium bowl until blended. Add in 1 package of vanilla instant pudding, beat for two minutes. Stir in 4 ounces of whipped topping and 1 teaspoon of orange zest. Spread over gelatin layer, and refrigerate for three hours.
