Some recipes to use with the Breadman Plus include a light whole wheat bread, pizza dough and a basic French white bread. Most bread recipes can be altered for flavor by changing the amount of sweetener and any spices.
Make light whole wheat bread by putting the wet ingredients (water, oil and honey) into the Breadman Plus machine, followed by the dry ingredients (white unbleached whole wheat flour, bread flour, wheat gluten, salt, nutritional yeast, granular soy and bread machine yeast). The yeast should be the last ingredient, but don't put it in directly; instead, make a divet in the bread mix and add the yeast into it. Cook on the whole wheat 1 to 1.5 lbs setting.
The ingredients for pizza dough are water, oil, sugar, honey, salt, cornmeal, flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning and yeast. Add these to the bread machine and cook on the dough setting. Leave the dough in a greased pan to rise before cooking or freezing.
Basic white French bread is made with water, sugar, salt, oil, all-purpose flour and active dry yeast. Add the ingredients to the Breadman Plus in the order listed and bake on the white bread setting. Allow the loaf to cool on a wire rack.
