Some recipes for turkey and cream cheese pinwheels are turkey and cheese mini-wraps, easy turkey-tortilla roll-ups and pesto turkey pinwheels. To make the easy turkey-tortilla roll-ups, spread 1 tablespoon of chive and onion cream cheese onto a flour tortilla. Layer 4 slices of fresh smoked turkey breast and shredded lettuce on top of the cream cheese, and roll the tortilla up. Slice it into pieces, and serve.
Make turkey and cheese mini-wraps by whisking together 1 package of dry ranch salad dressing mix and 1 8-ounce package of softened cream cheese and spreading it onto 4 10-inch flour tortillas. Add 8 slices of deli turkey breast, 8 slices of cheddar or Swiss cheese and 32 spinach leaves, and roll the tortillas up. Chill them for four hours before cutting them into slices.
To make pesto turkey pinwheels, beat together 1 8-ounce package of softened cream cheese, 6 ounces of pesto spread and 1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese until well-blended. Spread the cream cheese mixture on 6 tomato and basil tortilla wraps. On one end of the tortillas, add several slices of sun-dried tomato turkey breast, and tightly roll up the tortillas. Wrap the tortillas in plastic, and refrigerate them just to prior to serving. Cut each tortillas into six circular slices, and arrange them on a plate.
