Party drink recipes include berry lemonade, red sangria, lime sorbet margaritas and cucumber saketinis. For berry lemonade, muddle 1 cup of sugar and 12 raspberries in a pitcher. Using a pestle or muddler tool, gently press down on the fruit. Turn the pitcher halfway around. Repeat four or five times. Add 16 ounces of Grey Goose Le Citron and 32 ounces of lemonade to the pitcher. Stir gently. Use lemon slices and raspberries for garnish.
To make red sangria, combine one bottle of red wine, 1 cup of rum and 2 liters of lemon-lime soda in a large bowl or pitcher. Gently stir in three sliced peaches, three sliced green apples, three sliced lemons and two cinnamon sticks.
To prepare lime sorbet margaritas, cut a lime into eight wedges. Rub each wedge along the rim of a stemmed glass. Put 1/4 cup of sugar on a plate. Dip the rims of the glasses into the sugar to coat.
Put two small scoops of lime sorbet into each glass. Pour 1 tablespoon of tequila over each serving of sorbet. Serve with a spoon.
For cucumber saketinis, put 3 ounces of gin and 1/2 ounce of sake into a drink shaker with ice. Mix. Pour the liquid into a martini glass. Garnish with thinly sliced cucumber.
