To make Good Housekeeping's poached eggs, fill a microwave-safe cup halfway with water. Crack 1 egg and slip it in the water slowly. Using the tip of a knife, prick the yolk's center lightly. Cover the cup with plastic wrap and microwave for one minute on high.
