TasteAndTellBlog.com, TheBlackPepperCorn.com and NorthPole.com offer recipes for Skor squares. The recipes offered by Taste and Tell Blog and North Pole are simple, and each requires only four ingredients.
To make Taste and Tell Blog's Skor squares, first preheat an oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Coat an 8-inch square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place the contents of a box of Ritz crackers into a food processor and process into fine crumbs. Pour the cracker crumbs into a bowl, and add 1 cup Skor toffee bits and a 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk. Stir until combined, and then press the mixture into the bottom of the baking pan. Bake for about 10 minutes.
Remove the squares from the oven, and pour 1 cup milk chocolate chips evenly over the baked mixture. Allow the chocolate chips to melt slightly, and then spread them to coat the surface. Top with extra Skor Toffee bits.
For North Pole's Skor squares, preheat an oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Crush a box of Ritz crackers, and place the crumbs in a large bowl. Add a can of sweetened condensed milk and three-fourths bag of Skor toffee bits. Mix well, and press it into a greased 13-by-9-inch cake pan. Bake for 15 minutes, and then let the squares cool completely before topping with a can of ready-made icing and the remaining Skor toffee bits.
