To make the Morning Glory smoothie, blend 2 handfuls of spinach, 1 banana, and 1 cup each of strawberries and honeydew with 1/8 cup of walnuts and water. To make the Get Up and Goji smoothie, blend 2 cups of lettuce with 1 cup each of honeydew, cantaloupe and watermelon. Add 1 banana, 1/8 cup of goji berries and water. The Banana Berry Vitality Blend requires blending 2 handfuls of kale, 1 banana and 2 figs. Add 1 cored apple and 1 handful of blueberries, as well as 1/8 cup of water, 1/4 cup of acai berries and water. Serve cold.
To make the Protein Powerhouse recipe, blend 2 handfuls of spring greens, 1 avocado and 1 orange, and add 1 cup each of raspberries and mango. Blend in 1/8 cup of cashews and water. The Energy Elixir requires blending 2 handfuls of spring greens with 1 banana, 1 cored pear, 1 cup of red grapes, 1/8 cup of walnuts and water. To make the Power Booster, mix 2 handfuls of Swiss chard with 1 banana and 1 nectarine. Add 1 cup of blueberries, 1/4 cup of goji berries and water. Serve cold.
