To prepare a Hot and Hearty Calzone, slice 1 medium onion, 1 green pepper and 1 red pepper. Cook the vegetables in a skillet with 1/4 cup of Italian dressing over medium heat. Stir in 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard.
In a large bowl, mix together the yeast and flour packets from the Hot Roll Mix package. Add 1 cup of hot water, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the egg to the bowl, and stir the ingredients. Knead the dough for five minutes on a cutting board, and let the dough rise in a covered bowl for five minutes.
Coat a large baking dish with cooking spray. Form half the dough into a baking-dish-sized rectangle. Cover the rectangle with the slices of salami, smoked ham, and Swiss and Cheddar cheese. Spoon the onion mixture over the meat and cheese, and spread the other half of the dough over the meat, cheese and onions. Crimp the edges, cover the dough with plastic wrap and a towel, and let the dough rise for 15 minutes.
Brush the dough with olive oil, and bake it for 15 to 18 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Let the calzone sit for 15 to 20 minutes before serving it.
