  • 1 1/2 ounces vodka
  • 3/4 ounce Kahlua
  • 3/4 ounce heavy cream

  2. Place the Kahlua and the vodka in a shaker filled with ice cubes and shake to chill.

  3. Strain
  4. Strain the mixed drink into an old fashioned glass that has been chilled. Some people prefer to have the drink poured over ice.

  5. Add heavy cream
  6. Drop the heavy cream over the drink with the back of a spoon to create an even layer.

  7. Serve
  8. Serve the drink as either a shot or a full drink. If it is served as a full drink, place a straw in the glass so the drink can be stirred to combine the flavors of the Kahlua and cream.
