Ingredients:
Saute the chicken in the canola oil in a large saucepan along with the garlic powder and onion. Saute until the juices running from the chicken are no longer pink.
Add the great northern beans, green chilies, chicken broth and seasonings to the sauteed chicken and onion mixture and bring the mixture to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer the mixture uncovered for 30 minutes. Remove the mixture from the heat. Stir in the heavy whipping cream and the sour cream. Serve.
