To make Food Network's recipe, preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. In a saucepan, heat 1/4 cup olive oil, and add 3 tablespoons minced garlic. Cook for one minute, and remove from the heat. Add 1/3 cup dry white wine, 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest, 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano, 1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme leaves and 1 teaspoon salt. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
Pat dry 4 6- to 8-ounce boneless, skin-on chicken breasts, and place them skin side up in the sauce. Brush each piece of chicken with olive oil, and season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Cut 1 lemon into 8 wedges, and place among the chicken. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is lightly brown. If the skin isn't the desired color, place it under the broiler for two minutes.
