A popular recipe for fantasy fudge from KraftRecipes.com includes Kraft's Jet-Puffed marshmallow creme as an ingredient. Kraft's recipe for cheesecake creme parfaits also makes use of Kraft's Jet-Puffed marshmallow creme.
To prepare the fantasy fudge, vigorously boil 3 cups of sugar, 3/4 cup of butter and 2/3 cup of evaporated milk in a saucepan over medium heat for approximately four minutes until the candy thermometer shows a reading of 234 F, stirring the mixture constantly. Remove the saucepan from the heat source, and stir in 12 ounces of chopped semisweet chocolate and 7 ounces of Kraft's Jet-Puffed marshmallow creme. Fold in 1 cup of chopped walnuts and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Transfer the mixture into a foil-lined 9-inch square pan, and allow it to cool completely before cutting it into individual portions.
To make the cheesecake creme parfaits, whisk 8 ounces of softened cream cheese with 7 ounces of Kraft's Jet-Puffed marshmallow creme, and thoroughly chill the mixture in the refrigerator. Measure out 1 cup of blueberries and 1 cup of sliced strawberries. Layer the cold creamy mixture with the blueberries and strawberry slices in dessert dishes or glasses to form the parfaits. Alternatively, the mixture also makes a good dessert dip for bite-sized pieces of fruit and pound cake.
