Buffalo chicken pizza is a good recipe to use with Tyson chicken. To prepare, preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Spread 1/3 cup low-fat ranch dressing onto a prebaked pizza crust, and cover with 12 ounces of Grilled & Ready fully cooked, refrigerated, oven-roasted, diced chicken breast from Tyson. Drizzle 1/3 cup buffalo sauce over the chicken, as well as 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake for eight to 10 minutes until the crust is golden.
For a heartier meal with Italian inspiration, opt for creamy chicken manicotti. First preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook 8 manicotti shells according to package directions, drain, and set aside. In a medium bowl, combine 6 ounces precooked and chopped Tyson chicken with 1/2 cup cooked, diced ham, 1 egg yolk, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, 1 cup Parmesan cheese and a 15-ounce container of ricotta cheese.
Spread half of this combination into the bottom of a baking dish, and stuff the rest into the manicotti shells. Pour any excess filling over the shells with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, or until the manicotti is heated through and golden brown. Serve with a dash of parsley on top.
