To make the copycat version of Applebee’s artichoke spinach dip from Just a Pinch, heat an oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a bowl, mix 1 cup of shredded Parmesan-Romano cheese mix with 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 10 ounces of Alfredo sauce and 4 ounces of softened cream cheese. Blend until smooth, and mix in 1 teaspoon finely minced garlic, 14 ounces of drained and roughly chopped artichoke hearts and a 10-ounce box of chopped frozen spinach, thawed. Spread the mixture in a small baking dish, and bake it for 30 minutes or until the cheeses melt and bubble.
Food.com publishes a similar recipe for Applebee’s artichoke spinach dip. The ingredients and baking time are the same in both recipes, but Food.com’s version also calls for the addition of 1 teaspoon of pepper and cayenne pepper to taste.
