Next, add 5 eggs and 1 1/2 teaspoons each of lemon and vanilla extracts, and mix again until all the ingredients are blended. Finally, add in 3 cups of all-purpose flour and 7 ounces of 7-Up. Beat everything again until the batter is creamy and free of lumps. Bake the cake in a greased and floured Bundt pan for one hour, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let the cake rest for about 30 minutes after it comes out of the oven before turning it out of the pan.
To make a glaze for the cake, combine 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons of milk and 1/4 teaspoon of lemon extract, and mix together well. Carefully pour the glaze over the cooled cake, and let the glaze set.
