To make slow-cooker pork chops using Taste of Home’s recipe, combine 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon each of garlic pepper blend and ground mustard, and 1/4 teaspoons of seasoned salt in a large resealable plastic bag. Drop 4 4-ounce boneless pork loin chops one at a time into the bag, shaking the bag to coat the chops.
Add 2 tablespoons of canola oil to a large skillet. Brown the chops in the oil on both sides, and then transfer the chops to a 5-quart slow cooker.
Place 1/4 cup all-purpose flour in a small bowl, and whisk in a 14 1/2-ounce can of chicken broth until smooth. Pour the mixture over the pork chops, and then cover the slow cooker. Cook the pork chops on low for three to four hours or until the meat is tender.
Remove the pork chops, transferring them to a serving platter. Whisk the cooking liquid until it is smooth, and then serve it on top the chops.Learn more about Meat
