Cut the squash in half, and roast it at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour. Coat the halved plum tomatoes in olive oil, garlic and spices on a baking sheet, and then add them to the oven so that they roast for 30 to 40 minutes. After roasting the squash, shred the inside of the vegetable with a fork so that it looks like spaghetti. After cooking the tomatoes, combine them with the torn basil leaves and sliced garlic to form a sauce, and then pour the sauce over the prepared squash.
