The Food Network rates Melissa d'Arabian's recipe for popovers as easy to prepare. Pour the popover batter into warmed muffin tins, and let them bake. The process takes about 35 minutes.
According to Melissa d'Arabian of FoodNetwork.com, ingredients for easy popovers include melted butter, 2 eggs, warm milk, all-purpose flour and kosher salt. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit before making the batter. Use a pastry brush on the muffin cups to coat melted butter along the edges. Put the muffin tin in the oven for five minutes until warm to the touch. Crack the eggs into a blender, and then mix them until they turn a light yellow.
Put the milk in a microwave, and heat it for a few seconds until lukewarm. Pour the milk into the blender, and blend the ingredients. Put the flour, salt and remaining butter into the blender, and combine the ingredients into a batter. Pour the batter in evenly distributed amounts inside each muffin cup. Place the muffin tin in the oven, and bake the popovers until golden brown. Take the popovers out of the oven, and let them cool until they are warm to the touch. This recipe yields eight popovers.
