A recipe for pizza crust without yeast calls for self-raising flour, butter, milk and salt. Another possible recipe replaces the butter and milk with cornstarch, olive oil, honey and garlic powder.
Make basic no-yeast pizza dough by combining 2 cups of flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2/3 cup of milk and 1/4 cup of salad oil in a bowl. Knead the dough into a bowl, and roll it into a circle on a floured surface. After placing the dough on a pizza pan or stone, brush it with 2 tablespoons of salad oil, and add the toppings before baking at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 25 minutes.
Another recipe calls for 2 cups of self-rising flour, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 1 teaspoon of kosher salt and 3/4 teaspoon of garlic powder. Mix these dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients: 1/2 cup of water, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of honey. Slowly stir the wet ingredients into the dry ones until a ball of dough forms. Add more water as needed. Flatten the ball into a disk, and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before rolling it out into a circle.
