To make a Pillsbury breakfast pizza, spread 1 can of Pillsbury refrigerated pizza crust on a greased baking sheet, and top it with scrambled eggs, cream cheese and bacon. Bake the pizza for approximately 15 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit, and garnish the pizza with sliced scallions if desired.
For a different take on the classic breakfast pizza, make a Mediterranean-inspired pizza. Start by spreading a Pillsbury pizza crust in a greased baking pan. Press it in an even layer along the bottom and 1/2-inch up the sides of the pan. Bake the crust for seven minutes at 400 F, and set it aside. Microwave a bag of Mediterranean-blend frozen vegetables according to the manufacturer's instructions.
While the vegetables are cooking, spread 1/2 cup prepared pesto over the partially-baked crust, leaving a one-half inch border along the edges. Top the crust with 1 cup of chopped kale, 4 ounces chopped prosciutto and 1 cup of shredded cheese. In a small bowl, beat 3 eggs. Pour the beaten eggs over the pizza, and top it with another cup of shredded cheese. Bake the pizza for 12 to 17 minutes at 400 F. Allow the breakfast pizza to cool for five minutes before slicing and serving it.
