Beat together 4 cups ricotta cheese, 1 1/4 cups sugar and 1/4 cup flour, then add in 1/2 cup whipping cream, 2 teaspoons vanilla and 1 teaspoon lemon zest. Mix in 5 eggs, one at a time, then pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust. Bake for an hour and 20 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
