Parmesan crusted chicken is made using 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves and 4 teaspoons seasoned dry bread crumbs. Mix the Parmesan cheese into the mayonnaise in a bowl, and place the chicken onto a baking sheet.
Top each chicken half with the mayonnaise mixture, and spread it evenly. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the sauce, and bake chicken for 20 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Chicken macaroni casserole is another recipe that features Hellmann's mayonnaise. In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup mayonnaise and 1 can cream of chicken soup with 1 can drained chopped mushrooms and 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken. Add in 2 cups Parmesan cheese along with 1/4 cup each of onions, green bell pepper and pimentos, stirring them into the mixture. Cook and drain 4 ounces of pasta, drain and stir into chicken mixture, and then transfer into a 13-by-9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cracker crumbs evenly on top, and bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Make a classic deviled eggs recipe by slicing 6 boiled eggs in half lengthwise, scooping out yolks and adding them to a bowl. Mash the egg yolks, and add in 2 tablespoons each of minced pickle relish, minced onion and mayonnaise. Stir in 2 teaspoons each creamy horseradish sauce and yellow mustard, adding salt to taste.
