A loaded baked potato recipe consists of a baked potato, steamed broccoli, cheese, bacon, cream cheese, butter and seasonings. A method used by Bobby Deen on the Food Network requires the potato flesh to be scooped out prior to combining with the ingredients and baking.
The recipe below shows how to make a loaded baked potato. The recipe can be made using a house seasoning that consists of 1 cup of kosher salt, 1/4 cup of garlic powder and 1/4 cup of black pepper. All of the ingredients are sifted together and then 1/2 teaspoon of the house seasoning is added to the mashed potato mixture before baking.
