Combine the imitation crab with a 1/2 cup of sweet onion, 1/4 cup of dill pickle and 1/4 cup of celery all finely chopped, and enjoy extra pickle flavor by adding in 1 tablespoon of sweet pickle relish. Balance the sweetness by adding 1/2 teaspoon each of dill weed and salt. Stir in a 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard and 1 tablespoon chopped chives.
