- 1 clove garlic, minced

- Broil the lobster
Preheat boiler and thaw lobster tails, if frozen. Cut through the center of the hard shell and meat of the lobster tails and spread the tail halves apart. Place meat side up on an unheated rack of a broiler pan.
Cook the orange pal, chili powder, garlic and butter for 30 seconds using medium heat. Brush the mixture onto the lobster tails.
Broil the lobster tails for 12 to 14 minutes at four inches from the heat. Remove the lobster tails when the meat is opaque. Serve with clarified butter, if preferred.
