- 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cup crushed crackers
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- Preheat oven
- Prepare baking dish
- Combine ingredients
- Transfer to baking dish
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Coat vegetable oil or cooking spray on a 9 by 13-inch baking dish.
Combine mayonnaise, cooked and drained broccoli, beaten eggs, condensed cream of mushroom soup and grated sharp cheddar cheese in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
Transfer the combined ingredients to the baking dish. Top with the crushed crackers and pour melted butter over crackers to evenly coat.
