  • 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cup crushed crackers
  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted
  1. Preheat oven
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

  3. Prepare baking dish
  4. Coat vegetable oil or cooking spray on a 9 by 13-inch baking dish.

  5. Combine ingredients
  6. Combine mayonnaise, cooked and drained broccoli, beaten eggs, condensed cream of mushroom soup and grated sharp cheddar cheese in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.

  7. Transfer to baking dish
  8. Transfer the combined ingredients to the baking dish. Top with the crushed crackers and pour melted butter over crackers to evenly coat.
