A quick peach cobbler recipe using Bisquick is Betty Crocker's Classic Bisquick Peach Cobbler. The recipe only takes 10 minutes to prepare and uses five ingredients besides the Bisquick mix.
To make the Classic Bisquick Peach Cobbler, mix together 1 cup Bisquick mix, 1 cup milk and 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg. Place the Bisquick mixture in an ungreased 8-by-8-inch pan, then add 1/2 cup melted butter to the mixture. Separately, combine 1 cup sugar and a can of drained, sliced peaches, then place over the Bisquick mixture. Bake the cobbler for 50 to 60 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
There is also a Betty Crocker Bisquick peach cobbler recipe that uses more ingredients, but takes less time to bake. Start by mixing 1/3 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon cornstarch and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon in a saucepan. Add six peeled and sliced peaches, 2 tablespoons water and 2 teaspoons lemon juice. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring continuously. After boiling for a minute, pour the fruit mixture into an ungreased 8-inch pan.
Mix together 1 cup Bisquick mix, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1/3 cup milk and 1 tablespoon melted butter. Drop six balls of biscuit dough on top of the peach mixture. Top with 1 tablespoon sugar and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
