Nigella Lawson's, BBC Good Food's and Kraft's minestrone soup recipes are quick to make. BBC Good Food's and Kraft's recipes require frozen vegetables, where as Nigella Lawson's recipe doesn't have any.
To make Nigella Lawson's minestrone soup, drain a can of mixed beans and place them into a saucepan with 300 grams of pasta sauce and 750 milliliters of stock. Bring the soup to a boil, add 100 grams of soup pasta and cook until the pasta is tender. Let the soup cool for five to 10 minutes before serving.
To make BBC Good Food's minestrone soup, bring 1 liter of stock and 400 grams of chopped tomatoes to a boil. Break 100 grams of spaghetti into short pieces and add the pasta to the soup. Cook for 6 minutes, and stir in 350 grams of frozen vegetables. Simmer the soup for 2 more minutes and serve with pesto, olive oil and Parmesan cheese.
To make Kraft's minestrone soup, combine 1 pound of frozen vegetables, 1/2 pound of bite-sized chicken breast pieces, 2 cans of broth, 2 cans of diced tomatoes, 1 can of beans and 1 cup of pasta in a saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally, and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve the soup with mozzarella cheese.
