Grilled steak balsamico is an easy dinner that calls for marinating chuck steaks in a mixture of balsamic vinaigrette and fig preserves for 2 hours. After that, sprinkle salt and pepper on the steaks, and grill on either side to the desired temperature. Serve with a salad.
Shrimp, leek and spinach pasta takes just 20 minutes to prepare, and only 10 of those are hands-on. The main ingredients for the recipe are short pasta, leeks and 1 pound of shrimp. Other ingredients include 2 tablespoons of butter, 3/4 cup of heavy cream and baby spinach.
After cooking the pasta, heat the butter in a skillet, and cook the leeks with salt and pepper. Add the shrimp and lemon zest, cooking until the shrimp are opaque. Add the cream, warming it for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the shrimp, toss and pour over the pasta.
Turkey scaloppine takes only 15 minutes to cook. The ingredients are 1/2 cup of flour, Cajun seasoning, turkey cutlets, olive oil and 1 cup of white wine. Combine the flour with the seasoning, and dredge the turkey cutlets in the mixture. Heat the oil, and cook the turkey cutlets 2 minutes on each side.
Keep the cutlets warm on a serving platter. Add the wine and a dash of Cajun seasoning to the skillet, and heat on high until the liquid is reduced by half. Pour the sauce over the cutlets.
