- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 ripe bananas (1 1/3 cups)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- Prepare the pan and oven
- Mix the butter, sugar and eggs
- Add the bananas, cinnamon and milk
- Mix in the dried ingredients
- Bake the loaf
Grease a loaf pan with butter and set it aside. Turn on the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Use beaters to cream the butter and sugar together. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
