For Taste of Home’s Leprechaun Lime Drink, start by beating together 1 quart softened lime sherbet, 1/2 cup thawed limeade concentrate and 2 tablespoons sugar in a large bowl until blended. Stir in two 12-ounce cans chilled lemon-lime soda and 1 to 2 cups crushed ice, and pour into chilled glasses. If desired, garnish the drink with lemon slices and lime spirals. This makes seven servings.
