To make a quick and easy Paleo dessert recipe, blend 1 frozen banana with 1 tablespoon of nut butter, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon of cardamom, 1/8 teaspoon of ginger, and a pinch of salt and ground cloves. This frozen dessert can be eaten immediately or frozen for later consumption.
Alternatively, make Paleo snickerdoodles. Blend 2 cups of almond flour with 1/8 teaspoon of baking soda, 1/8 teaspoon of salt and 1 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix in 1/4 cup of coconut oil and 2 tablespoons of honey. Mix 1/3 cup of coconut sugar with 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon to make the topping.
Roll the dough into balls using 1 1/2 tablespoon scoops, and roll the balls in the topping. Flatten the balls with a cup, and bake them for seven to nine minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Another option is to make a five-minute Paleo chocolate cake. Combine 3 tablespoons of coconut flour, 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 1/2 tablespoons of melted butter, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of vanilla and 3 tablespoon of almond milk in a microwaveable mug. Mix the ingredients well, and microwave the mixture for two minutes. Cool the cake for a couple of minutes before serving.
