To make Betty Crocker's Creamy Alfredo Turkey Skillet Dinner, first cook 2 cups whole wheat rotini pasta according to the package instructions. At the same time, place 1 pound lean ground turkey in a 12-inch skillet, season with 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning and 1/4 teaspoon salt, and cook over medium-high for six to eight minutes. Add in 3 cups spinach leaves, and cook for an additional two to three minutes. Stir in a jar of Alfredo sauce and a can of petite diced tomatoes, and cook until hot. Add in the cooked pasta, top with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, and cook for another five minutes until the cheese melts.
For Kraft's Easy Lemon Chicken Piccata, start by coating four boneless chicken breasts with 1/4 cup mayonnaise and crushed crackers.
