To make the hot chocolate, stir 2 cups of milk, 4 teaspoons of Wildtree Pumpkin Chocolate Cheesecake Blend and 1 tablespoon of Wildtree Chocolate Lover's Syrup together in a saucepan. Warm the mixture over medium heat but do not allow it to come to a boil. Pour the hot chocolate into two cups and garnish with whipped cream.
To make the energy bites, use a food processor to finely grind 3/4 cup of walnuts and 1/2 cup of flaxseed. Add 2 1/2 cups of old-fashioned oats, 1/2 cup of almond butter and 1/3 cup of honey. Process all the ingredients to thoroughly combine. Store the mixture in a covered container and chill it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before folding in 1/2 cup of mini dark chocolate morsels and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and serve the treats on a platter.
